Make sure you have a Meta developer account. You can find Meta for developers here.
Go to "My Apps" on the main page and click on "Create App".
Next, select Other, then proceed to the next step.
Select Business as the app type.
Fill in the details section with your app name and your contact email, then click on "Create app"
Your app has now been created!
